I am the current Artist in Residence at Downside School, in Somerset, for the academic year 2026/27.

My practice focuses on portraiture and the beauty of everyday life. In the last couple of years I have been working on portrait commissions in oil paint, and I have been lucky enough to work on some very special pieces of client’s loved ones. I’m also developing my project which celebrates the wonder of the every day. I paint and draw ‘ordinary’ objects and scenes, particularly looking at light and reflections, to explore the beauty, ritual and unexpected moments they hold.

I studied Art History at the University of St Andrews, exploring the academic and critical engagement with art, enriching my own artistic practice.
